About the Role
Martin Brower UK & Ireland, a global leader in supply chain and logistics primarily serving renowned restaurant brands like McDonald's, is seeking a Warehouse Operations Manager based in Dublin. This full-time position supports the daily leadership of distribution center operations, focusing on warehouse performance, inventory management, and administrative responsibilities. Acting as the Deputy General Manager, the role is pivotal in maintaining seamless and efficient site operations.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage day-to-day warehouse operations to meet service levels, stock accuracy, and operational targets.
- Guide and support management teams, balancing immediate operational demands with long-term improvement plans.
- Promote an inclusive culture emphasizing learning, safety, and employee wellbeing through coaching and collaborative leadership.
- Ensure appropriate staffing and resource allocation to meet operational needs effectively.
- Lead continuous improvement initiatives utilizing methodologies such as Lean, Kaizen, and Six Sigma.
- Maintain strict compliance with health and safety regulations, company policies, audits, and industry standards.
- Act as site representative at business initiatives, employee forums, audits, and other organisational events, deputizing for the General Manager as needed.

Candidate Profile
- Proven experience leading operations in fast-paced warehouses, logistics, distribution, or supply chain environments, preferably in the food distribution sector.
- Track record supporting and developing teams by encouraging accountability and cooperation.
- Strong dedication to health, safety, and fostering a respectful, supportive workplace.
- Highly organised and adaptable, able to manage competing priorities calmly in dynamic settings.
- Experienced with operational performance management, service delivery, budgeting, inventory control, and continuous improvement projects.
- Effective communicator capable of building positive relationships across diverse teams and stakeholders.
- Proficient with operational technologies and systems, exhibiting a strong interest in learning new tools.
