Job description
Role Overview
Worklinks Solutions is seeking an Operations Manager to join their team supporting esteemed clients. The position is based in Mumbai and involves managing various facets of operations and production coordination.
Key Responsibilities
- Ensure timely fulfillment of orders by collaborating closely with the Production Manager and manufacturers, addressing any production issues that arise.
- Maintain communication with customers in liaison with the Customer Support Executive and assist the Sales team as needed.
- Manage store inventory efficiently, aiming to optimize operational workflows and minimize errors in processes.
- Conduct research, experiments, and contribute to the innovation of new product ideas, designs, and concepts.
Candidate Requirements
- Must possess at least a graduate degree (any discipline).
- Preferred to be under 35 years of age.
