Operations Manager

About the Role

Pixel Led Private Limited, located in New Delhi, is seeking an experienced Operations Manager to handle material readiness, delivery operations, and comprehensive stock management.

Work Details

• Full-time position based in New Delhi
• Working hours: 10:00 AM to 7:00 PM
• Monthly salary range: ₹20,000 to ₹35,000, depending on experience

Key Responsibilities

• Plan and ensure materials are ready according to order and dispatch schedules
• Oversee timely delivery and dispatch of materials to dealers and customers
• Manage complete stock inventory, including inward and outward entries, ensuring accuracy
• Supervise warehouse and store teams during loading, unloading, and packaging processes
• Maintain proper documentation for all deliveries such as challans and invoices
• Coordinate with transport and logistics partners for smooth and cost-effective deliveries
• Monitor and improve operational workflows and material movement
• Lead and guide delivery and store staff
• Provide reports on stock levels, delivery performance, and operational concerns to management

Requirements

• Demonstrated experience in operations, logistics, or stock and warehouse management
• Solid understanding of inventory management and record-keeping
• Strong leadership and capable team management skills
• Effective communication and coordination abilities
• Holding a two-wheeler or driving license is preferred
• Proficiency with Excel and inventory management software
