About the Internship

Instant Mechanics is seeking diligent and proactive interns to join our operations team for a 3-month in-office internship based in Gurgaon, Haryana. As a company that offers quick and dependable roadside assistance, our mission is to connect vehicle owners with skilled mechanics to facilitate prompt resolution of automotive issues.

Intern Responsibilities

• Exhibit hardworking and highly proactive behavior.
• Visit mechanics and garage owners in the field to gather insights.
• Display curiosity and readiness to ask detailed questions.
• Interact comfortably with people from diverse backgrounds.
• Observe closely and document findings accurately.
• Dedicate time to thoroughly understand problems rather than seeking quick fixes.
• Work independently without the need for constant guidance.
• Conduct internet research and systematically organize information.
• Have an interest in cars and automobiles; prior automotive knowledge is advantageous but not mandatory.

Candidate Eligibility

• Available for a full-time, in-office internship.
• Ready to start between September 15, 2026, and October 20, 2026.
• Commit to the full 3-month internship duration.
• Reside in Gurgaon.
• Possess relevant skills and genuine interest aligning with the role.

Additional Requirements

• Engage with 3 to 5 mechanics to discuss vehicle problems and their diagnostic approach.
• Understand the inspection process, including components checked, tests performed, and tools used.
• Gain insights into how faulty parts are identified and repairs executed.
• Observe repair times, parts replaced, and typical customer charges.

Compensation and Perks

• Stipend ranging from INR 8,000 to 10,000 per month.
• Certificate upon completion.
• Letter of recommendation.
• Work schedule of 5 days per week.
