About the Role
The Operations Hub Coordinator plays a key role in managing and supporting the Operations Hub, which assists the Property & Campus Development Division with facilities management, university-wide maintenance, and custodial services. This role involves coordinating job management, overseeing processes, and offering guidance to multiple stakeholders.
The coordinator works closely with Operations Hub personnel, Property and Campus Development team members, finance advisors, and senior management to understand the needs of the division and provide effective support.
Skills and Experience Required
Experience in administrative or property management roles with a strong customer service focus is preferred. Applicants should enjoy organizing diverse tasks and feel comfortable operating in environments such as trade services, real estate, or project management.
About the Team
The Property and Campus Development Division supports New Zealand's oldest university by delivering top-quality facilities and services that enable staff, students, and the public to learn, teach, live, and engage.
The team manages a wide range of responsibilities, from constructing award-winning buildings to routine maintenance like lighting replacements, office space bookings, groundskeeping, and landscaping.
Additional Information
- This is a full-time permanent vacancy based in Ōtepoti (Dunedin), requiring 37.5 hours per week.
- The salary band ranges from NZD 69,931 to 74,609 annually, with a top salary option of NZD 80,285.
