Operations Executive

Job Overview

You will be responsible for overseeing daily logistics operations by visiting client sites regularly to handle outbound shipment processes efficiently.

Key Responsibilities

• Perform scheduled on-site visits to clients for monitoring outbound shipments.
• Physically verify client invoices by matching listed items with actual material regarding descriptions, quantities, and part numbers.
• Create and manage system entries including accurate generation of Lorry Receipts (LRs) corresponding to processed invoices.
• Label all cargo properly to ensure clear identification of packages prior to dispatch.
• Oversee vehicle loading to maximize space use, maintain balanced weight, and ensure safe transit conditions.
• Conduct compliance checks on dispatch procedures to prevent shipping errors and reduce transit damages.

Candidate Requirements

• Basic literacy in English with the ability to read, write, and operate a computer.
• Possession of a valid driving licence and access to a personal two-wheeler for commuting.
• Responsible attitude with polite communication skills when interacting with customers.
