Operations Executive

About the Role

We are looking for a meticulous Operations Executive to join our retail business that operates through multiple channels including B2B, retail stores, and e-commerce platforms. This opportunity suits fresh graduates or candidates with limited experience who want to gain practical knowledge of business operations and manage everyday processes across various sales channels.

Responsibilities

• Track and monitor orders originating from all channels, ensuring accurate order statuses and coordinating with logistics for timely delivery.
• Manage order fulfillment processes from initial receipt through dispatch across B2B, retail, and online platforms.
• Create and maintain spreadsheets to track daily operations, sales, inventory, and assist in preparing periodic business reports.
• Update product details, pricing, and inventory data consistently across all sales channels.
• Handle B2B client requests, including order procedures and associated documentation.
• Ensure retail and online channels meet compliance requirements and operational standards.
• Collaborate with warehouse teams to facilitate smooth processing of orders.
• Coordinate daily operations among sales, warehouse, and accounts departments, addressing and resolving operational issues.

Requirements

• Possess a bachelor's degree or equivalent educational background.
• Have between zero to two years of experience in business operations or related domains.
• Demonstrate strong skills in MS Excel or Google Sheets.
• Exhibit exceptional precision and organizational prowess.
• Communicate effectively in written and spoken English.
