Role Overview

This position involves close collaboration with the COO to oversee both the operational aspects of our product business and the delivery of accounting services to our portfolio companies. The role requires a hands-on mindset, favoring direct problem-solving over documentation.

Key Responsibilities

• Serve as experts on the AI agents developed and released by the company.
• Work together with portfolio companies and clients adopting our AI agents, ensuring smooth implementation and support.
• Maintain and update internal documentation, standard operating procedures, and training resources as products evolve.
• Monitor and report biweekly on usage and adoption metrics of the AI agents.
• Coordinate across teams and portfolio companies to manage accounting, corporate secretarial, and fund administration services.
• Oversee workflow coordination between offshore teams and portfolio companies.
• Communicate with clients regarding project status, queries, and escalations.
• Manage backend operations for portfolio companies, standardizing reporting calendars and formats across the group.
• Serve as the main operational contact for finance and administration staff within portfolio companies and escalate critical decisions to the COO.
• Enhance profit margins by identifying tasks that AI agents can automate, reducing manual effort.

Candidate Requirements

• Between 1 to 3 years of experience in operations, practice management, or client delivery, across any industry, with a strong preference for hands-on involvement.
• Basic understanding of accounting workflows; formal accounting qualifications are not mandatory.
• Strong curiosity about AI technologies and readiness to incorporate AI agents into daily tasks.
• Excellent written English communication skills; capable of effectively running meetings and following through on action items independently.
• Ability to manage ambiguity and create new processes in a rapidly evolving startup environment.
