The Operations Executive will manage and oversee various travel arrangements and logistics to ensure smooth and efficient service delivery.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage and coordinate confirmed travel bookings.
• Liaise with hotels, transportation agencies, tour guides, and other local vendors to secure services.
• Create detailed travel itineraries for clients.
• Verify all hotel, transportation, and activity reservations for accuracy and completion.
• Act as a point of contact for customers before and throughout their trips, addressing queries and concerns.
• Resolve operational challenges and manage escalation issues promptly.
• Maintain organized and up-to-date records of bookings.
• Collaborate closely with sales and finance departments for seamless operations.
• Ensure timely and quality delivery of all travel-related services.
• Collect and analyze customer feedback after trip completion to improve service offering.

Candidate Requirements

• Strong coordination and communication skills are essential.

• Proficiency in Excel or Google Sheets to manage documentation and records.
