Job Overview and Responsibilities

We are seeking an Operations Associate specializing in liaison activities to support our solar business processes. This role entails comprehensive management of solar loan applications and government subsidy claims under various Central and State schemes.

Key Duties

• Manage the end-to-end processing of solar loans and subsidies efficiently.
• Collect, verify, and upload all technical and financial documentation on the appropriate banking and governmental platforms.
• Coordinate closely with financial institutions such as banks, DISCOMs, and MNRE departments to expedite project approvals.
• Assist sales teams by evaluating the financial feasibility and subsidy qualifications of potential customers.
• Maintain digital records of all application processes and provide management with consistent status updates.
• Resolve any issues or queries raised by financial bodies during application processing.
• Support clients through all paperwork requirements to ensure seamless post-sale experiences.
