About the Role
Amazon's Worldwide Operations team is the backbone behind ensuring a consistent, exceptional customer experience globally. We are seeking adaptable, innovative professionals to join our India Operations team to oversee and enhance external fulfillment processes.
Key Responsibilities
As a SellerFlex Operations Executive (SFOE), you will oversee operations and compliance across multiple SellerFlex sites. The role demands collaboration with both internal and external stakeholders to ensure successful launches and achievement of operational metrics. You will leverage analytical skills to identify operational patterns and anomalies, diving into details to anticipate data impacts. Flexibility to work overnight shifts, weekends, and travel to Seller nodes for operation launches, setups, and monitoring is essential.
Basic Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent qualification.
- Proficient in spoken and written English.
- Familiarity with Microsoft Office applications.
Preferred Qualifications
- At least 2 years of experience in manufacturing or customer-facing roles.
