Job description
Role Overview
We are seeking an Operations Executive based in Ahmedabad, Gujarat, to manage daily operational workflows, enhance process efficiencies, coordinate with vendors, and supervise team activities.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage and oversee daily operational procedures ensuring smooth workflow.
- Drive efficiency improvements and streamline processes.
- Coordinate effectively with vendors to maintain strong partnerships.
- Supervise and guide team members to meet performance objectives.
- Take ownership of operational KPIs, identifying and resolving operational bottlenecks.
- Report performance metrics and operational analysis to senior leadership.
