Operations Executive

About the Role

As an Operations Executive at ShipsKart located in Kochi, Kerala, you will play a vital role in managing daily order deliveries and submitting timely reports to senior management. This role demands availability around the clock to assist customers with requests for quotations, order processing, feedback, complaints, and urgent issues, ensuring exceptional customer satisfaction with every engagement. Achieving a customer Net Promoter Score (NPS) of at least 70% is a key objective.

You will be responsible for strictly adhering to company policies and standard operating procedures (SOPs), providing crucial support to Marketing, Sales, and Business Development teams in pursuing new business avenues, and maintaining full compliance with local authority and port regulations. Additionally, this position involves verifying, comparing, analyzing, and approving products and services for procurement, along with performing accurate and swift cost calculations to furnish quotations to customers.

Qualifications and Experience

• Bachelor's degree in any discipline is mandatory.
• Minimum of 2-3 years of professional experience, preferably in customer service, warehouse operations, or procurement roles.
• Experience in marketing operations and procurement processes.
• Familiarity with FMCG products such as food items, groceries, provisions, and frozen goods.
• Hands-on experience with ERP systems and general digital operations.
• Strong oral and written communication skills.
• Proven understanding of procurement and warehouse policies and procedures.
• Candidates with a background in the shipping industry are preferred.
