Role Overview

As an Operations Executive, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring seamless daily operations and delivering exceptional guest experiences. Working closely with the Restaurant Manager, you will coordinate various tasks that contribute to the smooth functioning of the outlet.

Key Responsibilities

• Participate in the daily briefing and ensure all job assignments are executed effectively.
• Welcome and bid farewell to guests warmly and professionally.
• Engage in suggestive selling to enhance guest experience and revenue.
• Support the Restaurant Manager in daily operational management.
• Ensure all tables, chairs, and operational equipment are clean and prepared for service.
• Proactively address guest inquiries and ensure prompt resolution.
• Assist with billing processes, including preparing and presenting the bill.
• Stay updated by reviewing the outlet logbook daily for relevant information.
• Maintain excellent personal grooming standards and uphold a professional appearance at all times.
• Perform any additional tasks assigned by the Restaurant Manager.
