Role Overview

As an Operations Consultant specialising in Settlements and Payouts, you will ensure the timely and precise processing of payment transactions while prioritising excellent customer service. This role involves close collaboration with both internal and external partners to streamline service delivery, adhere to compliance standards, and reduce operational risks. Your focus will include diligent process ownership, accuracy, and driving continuous improvement to support team achievements and align with the core values of Heartland Bank.

Key Responsibilities

  • Accurately and promptly manage payment settlement transactions.
