Overview
This role involves managing business operations effectively while ensuring full adherence to relevant legal, regulatory, and internal organizational policies. The focus lies on optimizing processes, overseeing risk, and ensuring compliance standards are met.
Primary Responsibilities
- Supervise daily operational activities to maintain consistent workflow.
- Analyze operational performance to pinpoint enhancements.
- Collaborate across departments to improve processes.
- Keep accurate operational documentation and progress reports.
- Guarantee timely completion of projects and assigned tasks.
- Verify compliance with corporate policies, labor regulations, and external legal requirements.
- Perform routine audits and compliance evaluations.
- Manage records associated with compliance procedures.
- Inform leadership on updates in regulations and execute required changes.
- Develop and implement internal controls and standardized procedures.
- Detect operational and compliance-related risks.
- Design and apply mitigation plans and corrective measures.
- Conduct investigations into incidents and generate detailed reports.
- Produce Management Information System (MIS) and compliance reports.
- Ensure well-maintained documentation suitable for auditing and inspections.
- Maintain organized record-keeping systems following documentation standards.
- Coordinate with legal advisors, auditors, and external regulatory bodies.
- Offer guidance to staff regarding compliance obligations.
- Lead training sessions to educate employees on company policies and compliance protocols.
Qualifications and Skills
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Law, Commerce, or similar disciplines.
- Preferably 1 to 3 years of experience in operations or compliance roles.
- Thorough understanding of compliance regulations and operational workflows.
- Keen attention to detail and strong analytical skills.
- Effective communication and team coordination abilities.
- Strong problem-solving skills and aptitude for decision-making.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Excel and other reporting software.

Compensation
The salary range for this position is between 15,000 and 21,000 INR per month.
Minimum education
Bachelor's Degree
