Job Overview
The Online Sales Closer will manage incoming leads generated from marketing campaigns for interior design services, aiming to convert these leads into paying clients by understanding customer needs, explaining design packages, and closing sales effectively.
Key Responsibilities
- Contact new online leads promptly.
- Identify and comprehend client property and design requirements.
- Present and explain available interior design packages clearly.
- Advise clients on suitable package options.
- Share pricing details and propose offers via WhatsApp.
- Maintain consistent follow-ups with interested clients.
- Address and overcome sales objections.
- Successfully close deals and secure payments.
- Update CRM systems and lead statuses accurately.
- Upsell comprehensive and premium design packages.
- Maintain discipline in daily follow-up activities.
Compensation and Targets
The role offers a fixed monthly salary of ₹15,000 combined with performance-based incentives. The monthly sales collection target ranges from ₹400,000 to ₹500,000. Incentives are tiered based on actual payments collected:
- Below ₹100,000: No incentive; total ₹15,000 monthly.
- ₹100,000 collected: ₹3,000 incentive; total ₹18,000 monthly.
- ₹200,000 collected: ₹7,500 incentive; total ₹22,500 monthly.
- ₹300,000 collected: ₹15,000 incentive; total ₹30,000 monthly.
- ₹400,000 collected: ₹25,000 incentive; total ₹40,000 monthly.
- ₹500,000 collected: ₹35,000 incentive; total ₹50,000 monthly.
- ₹600,000 collected: ₹45,000 incentive; total ₹60,000 monthly.
- ₹700,000+ collected: ₹55,000+ incentive; total ₹70,000+ monthly.
Candidate Eligibility
- Freshers with excellent communication skills are welcome.
- Experience in telesales or interior sales is preferred.
- Proficiency in Hindi and English communication.
- Comfortable using WhatsApp for communication and calling.
- Strong follow-up and target-driven mindset.
Work Environment and Hiring Process
