Job Role and Responsibilities

• Initiate outbound calls to potential customers and pursue follow-ups on leads.
• Clearly communicate details about Matrimony.com's services, membership options, and advantages.
• Guide members in selecting appropriate subscription plans based on their needs.
• Consistently meet or exceed daily, weekly, and monthly sales objectives.
• Build and nurture durable customer relationships to encourage repeat business and referrals.
• Accurately log call information and customer feedback into the CRM system.
• Ensure a high standard of customer satisfaction through effective and courteous communication.

Candidate Profile

• Educational Qualification: Graduate degree.
• Experience range: 0 to 3 years in telesales, telemarketing, or customer service; fresh graduates are welcome to apply.
• Proficient communication skills in English, Hindi, and Marathi languages.
• Capability to work efficiently under sales targets and handle pressure effectively.
