Role Summary

  • Efficiently and accurately pick and pack orders for online customers, ensuring safety and quality.
  • Coordinate with other departments regarding stock shortages, substitutions, and queries linked to online orders.
  • Maintain a positive and proactive attitude toward personal and team health and safety.

Candidate Profile

  • Strong understanding of delivering excellent customer service.
  • Ability to make customer-centric decisions following company processes and systems.
  • Effective team player with strong communication skills.
  • Willingness to stay on feet and be active throughout the shift.
