Omnissa MDM Specialist

Overview

We are looking for an expert Omnissa MDM Specialist to take charge of managing, securing, and optimizing our organization's endpoint devices. This pivotal position centers around comprehensive administration of the Unified Endpoint Management (UEM) platform, Omnissa MDM, responsible for maintaining robust security and compliance of all corporate laptops, mobile devices, and endpoints.

Key Duties

• Manage the full lifecycle of endpoint devices including configuration, policy deployment, and secure distribution of applications using Omnissa MDM.
• Implement and oversee automated enrollment and device provisioning processes across various operating systems.
• Continuously monitor endpoint security status, handle non-compliance issues, enforce remote lock and wipe procedures, and integrate endpoint data with the enterprise security systems.
• Ensure endpoint setups and security policies comply with organizational governance and cybersecurity standards such as those from the National Cybersecurity Authority (NCA).

Candidate Requirements

• Must be a Saudi national.
• Proven hands-on administration experience with Omnissa MDM (previously known as VMware Workspace ONE).
• 3 to 5 years of focused experience in Endpoint Infrastructure Operations, UEM, or Mobile Security domains.
• In-depth knowledge of MDM enrollment frameworks including Apple DEP/ABM, Android Enterprise, and Windows Autopilot, along with expertise in conditional access policies.
• Possession of official certifications in Omnissa or VMware Workspace ONE (UEM) is highly preferred.
