OMNI Department Manager

Position Summary

The OMNI Department Manager is responsible for delivering exceptional customer service by assisting customers with their shopping needs. This role supports overall Online Grocery and Walmart.ca operations directly and via coordination with OMNI Associates. Operating as part of a cohesive team, the manager strategically plans and executes duties guided by workload and customer traffic trends.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead training and development efforts for all OMNI Associates.
• Manage Back Office setup tasks including reviewing future grocery order summaries, daily order pickup reports, confirming daily orders, identifying payment issues, categorizing picks by commodity, assigning CFAs, updating staging whiteboards, and configuring handheld devices and printers for CFAs.
• Monitor email and AMP+ platforms for actionable items.
• Perform daily picks when necessary and complete post-pick activities such as clearing and setting service stations, tote cleaning, upholding ecommerce cleanliness standards, and ensuring the Back Office is neat and organized for the following day.
• Exemplify excellent customer service by warmly greeting customers, promoting products and services, locating merchandise, and aiding in purchase decisions.

Compensation

The starting hourly wage for this position is $20.00. (Le taux horaire minimum pour ce poste débute à 20.00.)
