• Complete all necessary paperwork and labeling, including pick slips and shipping tags, precisely.
• Efficaciously pack totes to optimize space usage while preserving product safety and quality.
• Balance order fulfillment with positive interactions, assisting customers and addressing issues when required.
• Maintain cleanliness and safety in the workspace by following food safety practices, cleaning spills promptly, and ensuring totes are sanitized before use.
• Operate equipment in a safe manner and perform mandatory safety checks.
• Adapt to varied shifts including evenings, weekends, and holidays to meet business demands.
• Contribute ideas for process improvements to enhance efficiency and customer satisfaction.

Work Environment Challenges

• Manage high task volume efficiently in a fast-paced setting, particularly during overnight shifts, by planning to maintain energy and focus.
• Engage in physically demanding tasks such as extended standing, bending, and lifting items up to 20 lbs regularly and occasionally up to 50 lbs.

Compensation

The starting hourly wage for this position is $17.75.
