As an OMNI Customer Fulfillment Associate at Walmart Canada, you will gain valuable experience in a fast-moving retail environment. Key Responsibilities

• Accurately picking and assembling customer orders from various temperature zones to ensure timely deliveries.
• Careful packing of orders by verifying product selections, quantities, and codes.
• Selecting fresh, top-quality items and removing any that are damaged or unsuitable.
• Completing all relevant documentation including pick slips and shipping labels accurately.
• Optimizing tote packing to maximize space usage while maintaining product safety and quality.
• Balancing order fulfillment duties with customer interaction, providing help and resolving issues when necessary.
• Maintaining a clean and safe workspace by following food hygiene and safety procedures, promptly cleaning spills, and ensuring totes are clean before use.
• Operating equipment safely and performing required safety checks.
• Demonstrating flexibility by contributing ideas for process improvement, enhancing productivity and customer satisfaction.
• Being open to working various shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays, to support business needs.

Challenges of the Role

• Managing high volumes in a fast-paced environment, including overnight shifts, requiring good energy management and focus.
• Performing physical tasks such as standing for long periods, bending, and lifting items weighing up to 20 lbs regularly and occasionally up to 50 lbs.
• Handling repetitive tasks with attention to detail to maintain store standards.

Compensation

The starting hourly wage for this position is $15.50.

Minimum Qualifications
