• Complete all associated documentation correctly, such as pick slips and shipping labels.
• Organize totes efficiently to optimize space use and maintain product safety and quality standards.
• Balance task execution with positive customer interaction and assist in resolving customer issues.
• Keep the workstation clean and safe by following hygiene and safety protocols, promptly cleaning spills, and ensuring totes are sanitized before use.
• Operate equipment safely and perform necessary safety inspections.
• Adapt to various shifts including evenings, weekends, and holidays, demonstrating flexibility to meet business demands.
• Contribute suggestions to enhance processes, productivity, and customer experience.

Challenges

• Handle a high volume of tasks efficiently in a fast-paced environment, particularly during overnight shifts, staying focused and energized.
• Perform physically demanding tasks such as standing for long periods, bending, and lifting items weighing up to 20 lbs regularly and sometimes up to 50 lbs.
• Conduct repetitive activities like stocking and organizing while maintaining attention to detail and store standards.
