The HSBC O’fuq Program is a comprehensive three-year rotational training initiative tailored exclusively for Qatari Nationals. Designed to cultivate professional skills and personal development within the International Wealth & Premier Banking sector, this program offers participants hands-on experience through dynamic job rotations and mentorship in a globally recognized bank.

Program Structure and Development Opportunities

• The 30-month program includes four rotations, each lasting approximately nine months, exposing trainees to key divisions within HSBC's Qatar operations.
• Participants receive tailored on-the-job training and professional development aimed at enhancing leadership capabilities and interpersonal skills.
• A dedicated mentoring scheme assigns each trainee a senior mentor to provide career advice and guidance.
• Training encompasses communication, influencing, and business partnering skills critical for effective organizational collaboration and future success.
• Emphasis is placed on cultivating teamwork skills through short courses and personal coaching focused on understanding team dynamics and individual impact.

Candidate Requirements

• Must be a Qatari National.
• Possess a Bachelor's degree in a relevant field with a minimum GPA of 2.0/4.0.
• Demonstrated understanding of international business and various industry sectors.
• Experience or appreciation of working within a global environment is preferred.
• Strong team collaboration skills, fostering cooperation and trust while effectively managing resistance.
• Analytical and financial competency.
