Role Overview

We seek a diligent Office Attendant to ensure the workplace remains clean, secure, and operates smoothly. You will be tasked with both routine and intensive cleaning duties to maintain a healthy environment. Candidates should be highly organized and capable of managing multiple tasks efficiently.

Key Responsibilities

• Maintain cleanliness and order throughout the building and external grounds.
• Conduct routine maintenance tasks as needed.
• Perform thorough cleaning including sweeping, mopping, scrubbing, and vacuuming floors.
• Collect and dispose of trash appropriately.
• Clean windows, mirrors, and partitions using appropriate soaps and cleansers.
• Prepare and mix cleaning chemicals according to guidelines.
• Adhere to safety protocols when using chemical cleaners and power tools to protect facility surfaces.
• Shampoo or steam-clean carpets and rugs to ensure hygiene.
• Sanitize desks, workstations, and high-touch areas.
• Complete additional tasks as assigned to support facility upkeep.
