Role Overview
The Office Assistant at TekniTeed Group is a full-time, onsite position located in Accra. The person in this role will manage daily office functions such as answering phone calls, welcoming visitors, and providing professional front desk support. Additional duties include filing and organizing documents, preparing basic paperwork, managing office supplies, ensuring proper operation of office equipment, coordinating meeting schedules, performing data entry tasks, and assisting administrative personnel to maintain smooth office operations.
Qualifications and Skills
- Excellent phone manners and customer service abilities to professionally handle inquiries.
- Competent in administrative duties such as filing, document creation, and general office support tasks.
- Clear verbal and written communication skills for confident interaction with colleagues, clients, and vendors.
- Experience with office machines like printers, scanners, copiers, and multi-line phone systems, including basic troubleshooting capabilities.
- Proficiency using standard office software such as word processors, spreadsheets, email, and scheduling tools.
- Highly organized with keen attention to detail and skilled in managing various tasks and priorities responsibly.
- Willingness and ability to work onsite in Accra, collaborating with a diverse team in a dynamic environment.
- Previous experience in an office or administrative role is preferred, and having a diploma or degree in administration, business, or related field is advantageous.
