Overview
PERSOL is seeking an experienced Office Administrator to join a stable professional services firm located in Subiaco, Western Australia. This dynamic, hands-on position involves managing daily office operations including reception, administration, accounts, and practice support functions.
Key Responsibilities
- Oversee reception area, manage incoming calls, greet visitors, and coordinate meeting rooms booking.
- Handle mail, courier deliveries, and other office correspondence efficiently.
- Support financial processes such as invoicing, managing debtors, and accounts receivable.
- Process receipts, petty cash transactions, reimbursements, and trust account management.
- Assist with accounts payable tasks, including supplier invoice processing.
- Maintain and organize office records, registers, and filing systems.
- Manage staff-related administration such as timesheets and training records.
- Coordinate office events, social functions, and staff activities.
- Control office supplies, oversee facilities, and arrange for maintenance as needed.
- Provide general administrative assistance across the practice as required.
Candidate Profile
- Proven experience in office, practice, or business administration roles.
- Exceptional organizational skills with strong attention to detail.
- Comfortable and confident handling accounts and administrative duties.
- Familiarity with Xero accounting software is a plus.
- Excellent communication abilities and interpersonal skills.
- Professional demeanor coupled with a proactive, can-do attitude.
- Capable of prioritizing competing tasks and working independently.
