Join a dynamic and expanding legal services provider that handles a broad spectrum of commercial, property, and construction disputes. This prominent firm located in Sydney’s CBD is seeking a Litigation Lawyer or Solicitor due to ongoing growth.
Role Overview
In this position, you will be responsible for managing legal matters from initial consultation through to final resolution. You will collaborate extensively with clients, barristers, senior lawyers, and other stakeholders to ensure comprehensive case management.
Key Responsibilities
- Handle litigation cases in commercial, property, and construction sectors.
- Prepare legal documents including pleadings, affidavits, court correspondence, and filings.
- Conduct in-depth legal research and formulate advisory opinions for clients.
- Participate actively in mediations, negotiations, and court hearings.
- Maintain regular communication and coordination with clients, barristers, experts, and related parties.
- Contribute to developing effective litigation strategies aimed at dispute resolution.
Candidate Profile
- Admitted lawyer currently holding, or in the process of obtaining, a valid practising certificate.
- Prior experience in commercial litigation and dispute resolution required.
- Excellent drafting, analytical, and problem-solving abilities.
- Strong confidence in managing client relations and communication with stakeholders.
- Highly organized with capability to juggle multiple legal matters simultaneously.
- Commercially aware with a strong desire for professional growth within a collaborative boutique legal firm.
