Job description

Role Overview

The Office Administrator will support the daily operations and maintenance of the office environment at Nirvasa Healthcare. This role ensures the smooth functioning of facility-related matters and maintains an organized and secure workspace.

Key Responsibilities

  • Assist office personnel with facility-related issues and concerns.
  • Manage office supplies inventory, reorder stock timely, and maintain an organized workplace.
  • Handle incoming phone calls, emails, and other communication channels; draft and proofread documents and reports.
  • Maintain and update both physical and digital administrative records, databases, and filing systems.
  • Process purchase orders and handle petty cash transactions.
  • Prepare monthly stationary and housekeeping material requirements by the 28th and submit to supervisor.
  • Keep the stock register updated daily with material inflows and consumption.
  • Monitor housekeeping staff attendance and hygiene standards on a daily basis.
  • Check and verify all registers maintained at the security gate daily.
  • Coordinate pest control measures in line with requirements.
  • Ensure cleaning and maintenance activities of the premises are regularly checked and maintained.
  • Adhere to company policies on data security and ensure the office is properly locked after shifts.
  • Train security guards based on company needs.
  • Obtain price quotations from various vendors and forward them to senior management.
  • Regularly check the status of UPS and AHU systems.
  • Maintain diesel and generator running logs; request diesel supplies as needed.
  • Responsible for repairing headsets used within the office.
  • Coordinate any building-related issues with the property management.
  • Enforce adherence to office policies by all employees.
  • Procure items from local markets as required.
  • Arrange for drinking water supply, and organize water tankers for additional water needs as necessary.
  • Regularly inspect and maintain records of building assets.
  • Review CCTV footage to identify any issues.
  • Maintain comprehensive checklists including generator running reports, electricity meter readings, headset repair logs, and drinking water status reports.

Compensation

The position offers a monthly salary between ₹20,000 and ₹25,000.
