About the Role

Join our dynamic real estate team in Dubai as an Off-Plan Specialist, where you will leverage your expertise to guide clients and investors through off-plan property opportunities in Dubai, Abu Dhabi, and Ras Al Khaimah.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide expert advice to clients and investors on off-plan developments across Dubai, AD, and RAK.
• Establish and nurture lasting relationships with clients and investors to foster repeat business.
• Keep abreast of the latest project launches, developer offerings, payment plans, and market shifts.
• Recommend appropriate off-plan properties tailored to client needs and investment goals.
• Conduct engaging property presentations and client consultations.
• Effectively negotiate terms to successfully finalize sales transactions.
• Oversee the entire sales cycle from initial client engagement through deal closure.
• Cultivate a broad network of industry contacts and clientele.

Candidate Requirements

• Demonstrated experience in Dubai’s real estate sector, with a focus on off-plan sales strongly preferred.
• In-depth knowledge of the off-plan property market within Dubai.
• Outstanding communication, negotiation, and presentation capabilities.
• Proven ability to drive sales and confidently close deals.
• Highly self-driven, ambitious, and oriented towards achieving targets.
• Proficiency in English at a professional level.
• Experience working within the UAE real estate market is mandatory.
• Possession of a UAE driving license is considered advantageous.
