Role Overview
The Electrical and Electronics Technician (OET) position is a full-time role based on-site in Araria. The incumbent will be engaged in daily production operations, which involve monitoring machinery, conducting fundamental checks on electrical and electronic parts, and supporting assembly line activities following established procedures. Additional duties include documenting daily work, escalating operational issues to supervisors, complying with safety protocols, and collaborating with team members to uphold quality and production efficiency.
Additional Responsibilities
- Assist in routine maintenance of equipment under guidance.
- Participate in training programs designed to enhance technical skills and process knowledge.
- Support initiatives aimed at improving manufacturing processes along with technical and production teams.
Required Qualifications and Skills
- Capability to interpret and comply with manufacturing standard operating procedures and work instructions.
- Basic understanding of electrical or electronic components or willingness to acquire knowledge through hands-on training.
- Strong attention to detail with a commitment to safety, quality control, and disciplined work ethics.
- Effective communication skills and the ability to work constructively within a team on the production floor.
- Minimum education: high school diploma, ITI certificate, or equivalent; additional technical or vocational training advantageous.
- Flexibility to work in shifts and an on-site industrial environment.
- Experience in manufacturing or automotive component production is a plus but not mandatory.
