SINGAPORE GENERAL OFFICE

Overview

This role involves leading the medical function for Singapore to establish and maintain top-tier Health Systems. Partnering with Human Resources to design and implement high-quality, tailored wellbeing programs, the position requires leveraging expertise in medical and occupational wellbeing to deliver excellent employee health benefits.

Key Responsibilities

  • Ensure optimal capability in Health Systems Key Elements, providing corporate governance for Occupational Health as evaluated by internal and external audits.
  • Oversee clinical management of services aimed at enhancing employees' health and wellbeing.
  • Lead a team consisting of employees and contractors to deliver superior Occupational Health and Wellbeing services.
  • Collaborate with the Regional Medical team on key deliverables and provide support to other countries when necessary.
  • Work closely with HR and business units to develop, implement, and monitor impactful health and wellbeing programs tailored to employee needs.
  • Partner with the Safety department to align and advance integrated health and safety objectives.
  • Coordinate with the benefits team to support and provide exceptional health benefits programs.

Qualifications and Skills

  • Possess a general degree in nursing or medicine, be board certified, and hold a valid license to practice in Singapore.
  • Have 5 to 10 years of experience, preferably within Corporate Health or Occupational Health in a multinational corporation.
  • Additional qualifications in Occupational Health or certifications are advantageous.
  • Health promotion certification is required.
  • Strong communication and collaborative skills.
  • Proficiency in fundamental MS Office tools.
  • Competency in business writing.
  • Certification in Basic and Advanced Life Support.
  • Knowledge in health and safety standards.
  • Experience with vendor management.
