Nursing Supervisor

Key Responsibilities

• Identify training requirements and conduct on-the-job training for nursing staff working in the field.
• Monitor and evaluate nurses' clinical activities to ensure excellent patient care and accurate clinical documentation; take necessary corrective measures when inconsistencies occur.
• Communicate clinical issues encountered in the field effectively with nursing officers and facilitate appropriate resolution.
• Conduct site visits prior to patient enrollment in Apollo HomeCare services.
• Perform daily visits to at least four patients to oversee care quality.
• Provide daily updates to the Operations Manager regarding field needs and collaborate with supply chain management to ensure timely availability of consumables and equipment.
• Manage nurses’ attendance and leave schedules diligently.
• Prepare and submit required reports to the designated reporting manager promptly.
• Execute additional tasks as assigned by management.

Requirements

• Possess a B.Sc in Nursing or a Diploma in General Nursing and Midwifery.
• Must have a two-wheeler for daily transportation to patient locations and site visits.
