Position Overview

Surya Laxmi Hospital in Delhi-NCR seeks dedicated and experienced nursing professionals for both day and night shift roles.

Responsibilities

• Deliver high-quality nursing care and monitor patient vital signs regularly.
• Support medical doctors across OPD, IPD, Emergency, and operating theatre activities.
• Execute IV/IM injections, perform IV cannulation, administer medications, and conduct fundamental nursing procedures.
• Assist in obstetrics and gynecology treatments and surgical interventions.
• Accurately maintain patient records, nursing documentation, and medication logs.
• Provide care before and after surgical operations ensuring patient comfort and recovery.
• Adhere strictly to infection control, safety protocols, and hospital guidelines.
• Facilitate effective communication with patients, ensuring their comfort, hygiene, and overall wellbeing.
• Maintain cleanliness and manage medical equipment with care.
• Undertake additional nursing responsibilities as instructed by supervising doctors or nursing leadership.

Qualifications and Requirements

• Possession of GNM or B.Sc. Nursing degree or an equivalent nursing certification with hands-on experience.
• Strong clinical capabilities and patient management skills.
• Ability and readiness to work in rotational shifts, including day and night shifts.

Compensation

The monthly salary ranges from INR 12,000 to INR 22,000.
