Our client, a bilingual nursery based in Dubai, provides exceptional early childhood education to children aged between one and five years. Having established themselves as experts in delivering bilingual early education, they foster a nurturing environment where children grow, form friendships, and explore their identity and the world around them.

Position Overview

They are seeking a dedicated Nursery Manager to lead their team in Dubai. This role involves overseeing the entire branch's teaching and support staff, ensuring compliance with local standards, managing operational aspects, and liaising effectively with parents and stakeholders.

Working Hours and Reporting

• Shift: 7:30 AM to 5:00 PM
• Direct reports: Entire teaching and support staff at the branch
• Reports directly to the CEO

Essential Qualifications and Experience

• Minimum of five years' local nursery leadership experience
• Proven track record of managing a nursery branch or similar educational setting as the accountable leader
• In-depth knowledge of KHDA early years standards and inspection framework
• Certification in safeguarding and child protection
• Experience managing staff rotas and maintaining required staff-to-child ratios
• Competency in handling parent complaints and conducting communication professionally
• Experience in occupancy, enrolment, and budget oversight
• Proficient English language skills, both spoken and written, at a professional level
• A Bachelor's degree in Education or Early Childhood Education, or CACHE Level 5 certification; CACHE Level 3 is acceptable provided the candidate has documented over five years of local leadership experience
• All certificates must be attested by MOFA or the relevant Emirati Embassy
