Job description
Role Overview
As a Nurse Educator at Sukino Healthcare in Coimbatore, you will be responsible for managing the comprehensive training lifecycle of nurses and caregivers. This includes facilitating induction, ongoing mentoring, scheduling training sessions, updating care protocols, and maintaining documentation related to staff education.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and coordinate educational programs for nurses and caregivers to improve their skills and knowledge.
- Create and maintain records and forms related to training activities and staff evaluations.
- Develop and update training protocols to ensure alignment with current healthcare standards.
- Schedule and organize training sessions ensuring timely education delivery.
- Assess and appraise the performance and competencies of existing nursing and caregiving staff.
Additional Information
The position offers a monthly remuneration ranging between 30,000 and 35,000 Indian Rupees. The role is based onsite in Coimbatore, Tamil Nadu.
