About the Role
We are seeking a Norland-trained nanny to support a prestigious football family in Munich, Germany. This position entails providing dedicated care to four children ranging from ages one to ten. The employment follows a rotational schedule of 14 days on duty followed by 14 days off.
Key Duties and Responsibilities
- Provide attentive and nurturing care to children across a variety of ages.
- Support and manage the children's daily routines.
- Organize and facilitate age-appropriate activities.
- Coordinate and assist with nursery and school schedules.
- Accompany the family on international travel as needed.
Candidate Requirements
- Norland training certification is mandatory.
- Possession of an EU passport is essential.
- Demonstrated ability to remain warm, energetic, highly organized, and discreet.
- Flexibility to adapt to the family's changing and dynamic schedule.
- Previous experience with high-profile or ultra-high-net-worth families is highly advantageous.
- Strong references and an enhanced DBS check are required.
Additional Information
This is a long-term engagement offering a competitive annual income of approximately £75,000, adjustable based on experience. All expenses related to work travel are reimbursed by the family. The candidate will become part of an established professional household team, providing a supportive and structured working environment.
