Non-IT Recruiter

About the Role

NexBase is expanding its recruitment team to support an increasing volume of non-IT hiring assignments across the United States, focusing on industries such as manufacturing, construction, finance, legal, operations, and executive leadership.

Responsibilities

• Conduct complete recruitment cycles for mid- to senior-level non-IT roles.
• Identify and headhunt candidates by leveraging platforms like LinkedIn Recruiter, Indeed Resume, and other sourcing databases.
• Perform candidate screening and qualification interviews to assess suitability.
• Collaborate with U.S.-based clients and hiring managers to comprehend job requirements and develop tailored sourcing strategies.
• Manage communications with clients and coordinate interviews effectively.
• Produce and deliver candidate shortlists efficiently under tight deadlines in a competitive recruiting environment.

Candidate Profile

• Proven experience recruiting non-IT roles specifically within the U.S. market.
• Proficient in advanced Boolean search techniques for candidate sourcing.
• Familiarity with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) for recruitment management.
• Skilled in engaging passive candidates and successfully closing recruitment processes.
