Non-CDL Local Driver / Mover

Role Overview

Continental Van Lines in Fife, Washington is currently hiring local movers who hold a valid driver's license to join their team. This position entails operating vehicles safely, assisting customers, and handling household items with care while upholding top-notch customer service standards.

Key Responsibilities

• Inspect and drive vehicles cautiously ensuring safety at all times
• Lead teams effectively during moving operations
• Pack, unpack, wrap, and handle furniture and household goods properly
• Utilize moving equipment and tools to facilitate relocation tasks
• Disassemble and reassemble furniture and other items as required
• Lift and carry heavy belongings responsibly
• Maintain accurate inventory of household items being transported

Candidate Requirements

• Possession of a valid Washington State Driver’s License with a clean and acceptable driving record
• Clear background check and drug test results
• Strong proficiency in English including reading, writing, and verbal communication skills

Compensation and Benefits

• Competitive hourly wage ranging from $27 to $30, depending on experience
