Nights Team Member

Overview

We are hiring a Nights Team Member for the Premier Inn located in London City (Aldgate). This position involves working 37.5 hours per week during night shifts and offers pay up to £15.16 per hour. This full-time permanent role does not involve zero hours contracts and is open to applicants over 18 years.

Role Responsibilities

As a Nights Team Member, you will be the primary point of contact for overnight guests, ensuring their safety and comfort throughout the night. Your calm demeanor and excellent customer service will help guests have a restful stay. You will also engage in problem-solving and apply your knowledge of health and safety as part of maintaining the hotel facilities securely overnight.

• 37.5 weekly hours on night shifts
