About the Role
Join Compass Group Ireland as a Nights Customer Service Assistant in Kildare, offering a permanent full-time position working 37.5 hours weekly, generally Monday to Friday with shifts either from 9pm to 6am or 6pm to 4am. Some flexibility in shifts is expected to cover absences, annual leave, and business needs. This role is embedded in a lively and fast-paced environment, emphasizing teamwork and delivering excellent customer experiences. Key Responsibilities
- Prepare high-quality and appealing food items that satisfy customers' taste and expectations.
- Create attractive food presentations and counter displays to entice customers.
- Serve as a proud ambassador for Compass Group Ireland, embodying the brand positively.
- Efficiently manage transactions and operate the cash register accurately.
- Maintain the highest standards of food safety and hygiene.
- Ensure compliance with Health & Safety guidelines to provide a safe work environment.
