Role Overview

We are seeking a motivated and skilled Chef to join Compass Group Ireland as a full-time member of our culinary team based in Dublin. This position offers a consistent 40-hour workweek, Monday through Friday. Our Chef will collaborate with passionate colleagues to design and deliver exceptional food experiences that delight our customers.

Key Duties

• Prepare and present high-quality, delicious meals that satisfy client expectations.
• Identify and implement opportunities to enhance food service efficiency and quality.
• Foster a supportive, welcoming kitchen atmosphere to encourage teamwork and engagement.
• Assist in delivering innovative food concepts to clients.
• Uphold the positive image and brand values of Compass Group UK&I.
• Contribute to inventory management including ordering supplies, stock control, and minimizing food waste.
• Ensure the kitchen is hygienic and clean, complying with health regulations.
• Help manage budgets and strive to meet financial goals effectively.
• Follow all food safety, handling, hygiene, and health and safety standards rigorously.
