About the Role

As a Nightfill Manager at Woolworths Supermarkets located in Wallareenya, Western Australia, you will lead your team in managing department operations efficiently, ensuring product availability, and promoting sustainability through recycling efforts. This position is part of the Store Leadership Pathway, which supports the development of your leadership abilities and department expertise while propelling your retail career forward.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee end-to-end department leadership, guiding a flexible, connected, and high-performing team focused on excellent customer service.
• Collaborate closely with the store leadership team and team members to provide a top-notch shopping experience and cultivate a positive workplace.
• Plan and lead teams to achieve carton rate targets and maintain product availability during night shifts.
• Ensure all safety protocols are strictly followed to protect team members and customers alike.

Work Schedule

Scheduled shift: Sunday to Thursday, 2:00 PM to 11:00 PM.
