Overview
The Salthill Hotel invites applications for the role of Night Porter, supporting overnight hotel operations. The position involves duties in both front and back of house areas including reception, housekeeping, and occasional bar service for guests staying overnight.
Key Responsibilities
- Warmly welcome guests upon their arrival and throughout their stay.
- Comply with all company policies such as Customer Care, Fire Safety, and Cash Handling, alongside adhering to hotel Health & Safety protocols.
- Maintain cleanliness and tidiness of the lobby and all public spaces at all times.
- Ensure the cleanliness and upkeep of the hotel exterior, including the car park area.
- Promptly and professionally address and fulfil reasonable guest requests.
Candidate Profile
- Strong customer service aptitude.
- Effective communication capabilities.
- Familiarity with Front Office information systems.
- High level of attention to detail.
- Proficient in English language.
