Key Responsibilities

• Manage guest check-ins and check-outs, assisting with luggage handling and porter services.
• Maintain cleanliness in various hotel zones including lobby, back office, stairways, dining and bar areas, public and staff sections, and meeting floors.
• Follow nightly checklists to ensure cleaning and set-up tasks are completed, such as preparing function rooms and breakfast areas as instructed by the duty manager.
• Oversee cleanliness and tidiness of the hotel entrance and exterior, including tasks like emptying bins and clearing litter.
• Comprehend and adhere to the hotel’s fire safety protocols to safeguard guests and staff.
• Arrange meeting room setups as required.

Candidate Requirements

• Prior experience dealing with customers.
• Proficient spoken English communication skills.
• Strong organizational abilities.
• Capability to perform effectively in a fast-paced environment.
• Team-oriented mindset and cooperative attitude.
