Role Overview
As a Night Manager at Hilton in Jeddah, your role extends beyond managing overnight hotel operations; you will create warm, memorable experiences that brighten guests' stays through exceptional hospitality.
Key Responsibilities
- Supervise the nightly audit process ensuring accuracy in financial reporting and adherence to internal controls.
- Oversee complete and precise financial reconciliation of daily activities across all departments.
- Verify the accuracy of all financial and credit card transactions and resolve any complex discrepancies.
- Identify and analyze reporting anomalies, determine root causes, and collaborate with department leaders to enhance audit accuracy.
- Support overnight operations by addressing guest issues and assisting during emergencies as necessary.
- Lead, coach, and motivate team members to achieve optimal performance and foster a positive, productive work environment.
