Role Overview

The Night Dealer plays a critical role in managing overnight market risk through executing hedging and trading activities, overseeing client order flow, and aiding revenue generation while ensuring strict adherence to regulations and operational excellence. This position covers the Dealing Desk overnight, with working hours from 22:00 to 06:00.

Key Responsibilities

  • Carry out market trades across various asset classes within authorized risk parameters.
  • Track and analyze client activity and exposures to implement effective hedging strategies.
  • Contribute to pricing optimization efforts and enhance dealing desk performance initiatives.
  • Prepare thorough and detailed handover reports for the incoming dealer on the next shift.
  • Work collaboratively with Sales, Risk, Operations, Platform Support, and Compliance teams.
  • Participate in dealing-related projects, platform upgrades, and process enhancement efforts.
  • Manage and nurture relationships with liquidity providers and prime brokerage partners.
  • Ensure all operations comply rigorously with internal policies and regulatory standards.

Qualifications and Experience

  • A Bachelor's degree in Finance, Economics, Mathematics, Statistics, or a closely related discipline.
  • Professional designations such as the CFA are considered beneficial.
  • At least five years of experience with CFD brokers, preferably involving roles in trading, dealing, or risk management.

  • Strong analytical capabilities and proficient risk management skills.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement abilities.
  • Demonstrated leadership potential and teamwork orientation.
