Position Overview
We are looking for a Night Auditor (m/w/d) to join our team immediately. This role involves welcoming guests at night, providing top service, and ensuring smooth hotel operations during the night shift.
Key Responsibilities
- Serve as the primary point of contact for guests during the night, offering a warm welcome.
- Manage the check-in and check-out process for arriving and departing guests.
- Address guest inquiries and resolve minor issues with appropriate solutions.
- Perform daily financial closing procedures and prepare accounting for the next day.
- Handle reservations and assist with smaller administrative tasks.
- Collaborate with colleagues to ensure seamless operations throughout the night shift.
Qualifications
- Ideally, previous experience at a hotel reception or as a Night Auditor; motivated career changers are also encouraged to apply.
- Ability to work independently, reliably, and maintain composure during quiet or unexpected situations.
- Enjoy interacting with people, demonstrating a friendly and customer-oriented demeanor.
- Basic computer skills are advantageous; further training will be provided.
- Good command of German; additional language skills are a plus but not mandatory.
