About the Role

Tata Consultancy Services is seeking a skilled Nexthink Developer based in Bengaluru with 4 to 8 years of experience to enhance user experience through Nexthink platform innovations and integrations.

Key Responsibilities

• Design and maintain tailored Remote Actions utilizing PowerShell scripting and Nexthink Act module capabilities.
• Develop dynamic dashboards and craft NXQL queries to interpret and visualize user experience metrics effectively.
• Implement and manage Nexthink campaigns aimed at collecting user feedback and boosting user involvement.
• Perform integration of Nexthink tools with various ITSM and monitoring solutions, such as ServiceNow and SCCM.
• Work collaboratively across teams to automate workflows and promote initiatives that improve user experience.
• Conduct analysis of IT environment modifications to anticipate and resolve potential user experience issues.

Required Expertise and Skills

• In-depth experience with Nexthink modules including Act, Engage, and Portal.
• Strong proficiency in PowerShell scripting capable of developing complex and efficient Remote Actions.
• Advanced knowledge of NXQL for querying, extracting, and optimizing data relevant to user experience.
• Hands-on experience in integrating Nexthink with external systems through API or connector technologies.
• Sound understanding of IT infrastructure including Wintel platforms, virtualization technologies, Remote Desktop Protocol (RDP), and network/system administration.
• Practical knowledge of cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or equivalent environments.

Educational Qualification

Candidates must possess a Bachelor of Technology degree.
